My name is Alessandro Kosic and I am the creative soul of Il Gelatiere.

Ice cream is my passion: it makes me happy and makes my customers happy. And this very passion is at the basis of our story: since the 1980s it has always led me to grow, invest, search for new techniques and flavors. With some milestones: quality of the ingredients, quality of the product, respect for nature and seasons, and for the ever new needs of our customers. The result? All the flavors of happiness!
